At True North Integrative Psychiatry, we aim to provide comprehensive, personalized care to help you feel your best. Self-pay fees include:
Initial Psychiatric Assessment & Evaluation (60 minutes) — $250
This in-depth evaluation is our starting point. We take the time to understand your full medical and psychiatric history, review any medications, and explore the symptoms that brought you here. This session helps us pinpoint a diagnosis and build a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll discuss potential treatment options—including medication, therapy, integrative approaches, and education—so you can make informed decisions about your care.
Medication Management /Follow-Up (30 minutes) — $150
These sessions are where we fine-tune your treatment plan. Whether you're adjusting to a new medication, managing side effects, navigating symptoms, or just need ongoing medication refills, these visits are essential for keeping your care on track.
Separate Fees: Some services, such as FMLA requests or other documentation requests, are not covered by insurance and incur additional fees. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

If you are uninsured or chosing to not use insurance, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
Should you have additional questions about your rights under this act, you can contact any of the following: The U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) at 1- 800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises for more information about your rights under federal law.
If you are billed for more than this Good Faith Estimate you have the right to dispute the bill. You may start a dispute resolution process with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). If you choose to use the dispute resolution process, you must start the dispute process within 120 days (about 4 months) of the date on the original bill.
There is a $25 fee to use the dispute process. If the agency reviewing your dispute agrees with you, you will have to pay the price on this Good Faith Estimate. If the agency disagrees with you and agrees with the healthcare provider, you will have to pay the higher amount.
If you have any questions related to billing, please contact us via email or speak to your provider.

Your first appointment is an opportunity to get to know your provider and to discuss your concerns, goals, and expectations for treatment. You’ll have the chance to ask any questions about our practice policies to ensure we are aligned in our approach.
During this session, we will conduct a comprehensive mental health assessment, exploring your symptoms, medical history, and any external factors—such as physical health, diet, and genetics—that may impact your well-being. This evaluation allows us to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Typically, if you’d like to make adjustments to your medication regime, a follow-up appointment is necessary. This allows us to assess for any changes and provide any necessary education about the new treatment plan. It’s an opportunity for us to review your progress, address any concerns, and ensure that the adjustments are supporting your overall well-being. We want to make sure you feel informed and comfortable with every step of your treatment. You can request an appointment with your provider using the scheduling calendar.
